朱轶帆老师本科毕业于华中师范大学，修得播音与主持艺术和历史学师范双学位。求学期间，一举斩获国家初级茶艺师证书、健康管理师三级证书以及普通话一乙资质，于文化、健康及语言表达领域展现多元素养。后于英国利兹大学深造文化创意产业硕士学位，开拓国际视野。
回国后曾在国内公立高中有过历史教学实践经验，成果斐然。凭借其独特的教学理念，摒弃死记硬背，拒绝书本知识死板化，主张将书本知识与现实生活深度融合，充分调动学生主观能动性。所带班级在期中考试中，历史学科成绩荣膺年级榜首，有力印证教学方法的有效性。
日常生活中，她性格温润，耐心细致，乐观开朗且善于交流。以亲和力搭建师生间沟通的桥梁，与学生亦师亦友，让学生愿意于我敞开心扉，营造和谐班级氛围，为教学相长筑牢根基。

Yifan Zhu (Evonna) graduated from Central China Normal University with a double bachelor‘s degree in Broadcasting and Hosting Art and History Education. During her study, she successfully obtained the National Junior Tea Art Specialist Certificate, the Health Manager Level 3 Certificate, and the National Mandarin Test Level 1-B, demonstrating her diverse accomplishments in culture, health, and language expression. Later, she pursued a master's degree in Cultural, Creativity and Entrepreneurship at the University of Leeds in the UK, broadening her international perspective.
After returning to China, she gained practical teaching experience in history at a domestic public high school, achieving remarkable results. With her unique teaching philosophy, she rejects rote memorization and the rigid interpretation of textbook knowledge. Instead, she advocates for a deep integration of textbook knowledge with real life situations, fully mobilizing students' initiative. The class she taught ranked first in the history subject in the mid-term exam, which strongly validates the effectiveness of her teaching methods.
In daily life, she has a gentle personality, is patient and meticulous, optimistic, cheerful, and good at communication. She builds a bridge of communication with students through her amiability, establishing a relationship that is both that of a teacher and a friend. This makes students willing to open their hearts to her, creating a harmonious class atmosphere and laying a solid foundation for mutual learning between teachers and students.
